Chris Fowler wants more people in Central Upstate NY to think local, buy local and be local. This DeWitt, NY native has worked hard over the past year to make locally owned independent businesses stronger through his not-for-profit- Syracuse First.  Syracuse First's network of locally owned independent businesses, organizations, and individuals working collaboratively to strengthen the community and local economy.
